About the Conference
Date: April
4-5, 2008
Location: Emmanuel Christian Center
~ 7777 University Avenue NE,
Minneapolis, Minnesota
I believe God is unleashing a new freedom among women
today – freedom to be all He has created us to be. We have
been weighed down with pressures of performance, fear of
failure and insecurities for so long that some of us have forgotten how it
feels to be truly free. God wants to remind us..."don't be afraid to step into the plans I have designed for you!" He wants us to be able to receive and to give the legacy of His love.
What are you being freed to be: a woman of God, living
out your true potential; a wife that is blessed to honor and
encourage her husband; a single woman who is secure in her
standing with God and the world; a mother who can juggle
the varied responsibilities of life and still meet the needs of
her children; a leader who will not be afraid to step forward
into the plans God has designed?
Whatever your personal story, know that you are not
alone! We are on this faith-walk together, and it is our goal at
Bridging the Gap to give you tools that will help to release
God’s freedom into all the avenues of your life, whether they
are hidden or exposed. We believe the best is yet to come
for you!
Maybe you need a
weekend with the girls, interaction with other leaders or just a break from your routine;
we want to offer you a shot of encourage-ment and a set of
survival tools for home, marketplace or ministry. Whether
it’s personal
growth or leadership development and networking, we want to encourage, equip and empower
you to be free to be the woman God called you to be!
In His Love,

Carol Lund
Bridging the Gap Director
Theme Scripture: John 8:36 -
So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
